BETSY is published by LILLAS PASTIA, arranges Web based in Pau (Aquitaine) and in Paris area.Within the framework of a partnership with the company Héliantis (Pau and Paris), Lillas Pastia is installed in the buildings of Héliantis, in Pau.
The team of development of BETSY is made up specialists in the communication/marketing and data processing specialists.
Conceived at the origin within the Mercuria Group to simplify the methods of creations of Internet sites, BETSY was called then WiwaCité.
In May 2005, the Mercuria Group closes its pole Web and the organizers of this pole create LILLAS PASTIA then, in order to continue the adventure, to serve the former customers, and to develop the new versions of the program, which takes the name of BETSY then.
Lillas Pastia is animated by Jean-Domenica Reffait and Arnaud Saunier.
